Great location near the hot springs and lots of outdoor activities to keep you entertained. the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious with many options to choose from. Best aspects: the proximity to the outdoor activities, including the hot springs, is definitely a plus. the staff was helpful and the food was tasty - a perfect combination for a great stay.
The noise from the pool and park can be quite loud, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. the staff could use more training on how to handle certain situations and communicating effectively with guests.

This hotel is a gem for those seeking a luxurious stay. the Spa centre, Steam room and Sauna were fantastic! the Treatment rooms were designed to perfection and the service was fantastic- top quality. the Turkish bath was well maintained and the masseuses were professional and proficient with their skills. the Spa lounge, along with the garden area, made it more appealing and comfortable to unwind.
Though the Restaurant and Bar/Lounge area offered delectable cuisines and drinks, dinner was not appetizing as expected as the options were limited.

I did notice other guests being too loud and inconsiderate at some points, which slightly detracted from the perfect atmosphere.
